The material of the Collapsible Plastic Boxes

The Collapsible Plastic Boxes are made from fluted/corrugated plastic sheets which are extruded from HDPP (high-density polypropylene)  resin. The sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard, except that the flutes are rectangular as the pictures below.  Due to this hollow construction, the sheets have a unique feature of light-weight.

Unlike the paper cardboard which loses its rigidity when absorbing the water, the corrugated plastic sheets are water and moist repellant which allow the boxes can be directly put into refrigerated storage houses, and cannot be worry about the condensate water. The boxes also can be washed with water to re-use for many times.

The boxes are perforated to allow the air exchange which is perfect for vegetable transportation.

Instead of using metal rivets connection, the boxes are ultrasonic welded. The ultrasonic welding can avoid the contamination of the rust of metal rivets.

The boxes can be folded for easy transporting with minimum volume.
