Congratulations! After 3 months negotiations, our factory successfully adds a new customer who confirmed the 200,000 pieces of plastic layer pads order today.

The new customer is satisfied with the quantity of our fluted plastic sheets. But for the sealing edges technique of the plastic layer pads, they do not like the traditional melted sealing edges. They prefer to extrusion sealing edges which is the latest sealing edges technique for the fluted plastic sheets. Even this new technique needs additional production time and cost, the sealed edges by extrusion look very smooth and pretty which is the new customer's affection.

To meet this customer's requirement, and also to attract further high-end customers, our factory purchased two extrusion sealing edges machines and two automate corner sealing machines.

After testing the prototype sample of extrusion sealing edges plastic layer pads, the new customer makes the decision to accept our factory as their plastic layer pads suppier, and pay the deposit of 200 thousand pieces order today.
