Introduction of the Fire Retardant Corrugated Plastic Sheeting

At the construction project site, plastic sheetings are used as temporary protection material for the surface of wood floor, porcelain floor tile, or marble floor to avoid the contamination of dust, footprints, painting, and to prevent the scratches by metal tools,  the wheels of the construction machines, falling objects and a variety of other impacts.

Our excellent wall and floor corrugated plastic sheets are made of high-impact polypropylene or polyethylene resin. The sheets are the twin wall plastic sheets with flutes between the surface as the picture below.

Compared with the single layer polyethylene sheets, the corrugated / fluted plastic sheets are much more resistant to punctures or tears.

Available in various colors, the fluted / corrugated plastic sheets provide the characteristic of lightweight, durable, and rugged surface that is the practical products during all phases of a construction project. With the minimum thickness of 1.8mm, the fluted polypropylene sheeting has a particular quality of high imperviousness to water, painting, most oils, solvents and many other materials used in construction.

Furthermore, our corrugated plastic sheet can possess a unique feature of fire retardant. Commonly, the corrugated plastic sheet is flammable due to the polypropylene material. By melted in the fire retardant additives, our sheets can be fire retardant, or even non-ignitable. This feature is very useful in many construction sites where need electric welding works.
