The unfoldable plastic perforated boxes are made from fluted plastic sheets ( coroplast) which are extruded from HDPP ( high density polypropylene) resin. WIth a hollow structure that is similar to the paper cardboard, the sheets' weight is very light. However, because of the polypropylene material, the sheets are sturdy, reusable, recyclable, and environment-friendly.
Unlike the paper cardboard which loses its rigidity when absorbing the water , the plastic coroplast sheets are water and moisture repellant which allow the boxes can be directly put into refrigerated storage houses, and cannot be worry about the condensate water. The boxes also can be washed with water to re-use for many times.

The boxes are perforated to allow the air exchange which is perfect for fruit transportation.
The boxes can be unfolded as a flat sheet for easy transportation with minimum volume.
The boxes have the plugs & sockets structures that prevent the slipperiness when the boxes are stacked up.
